From Singapore, Fayth obtained a B.S. in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of California, San Diego, and obtained their Ph.D. in Biology at Caltech, studying regeneration across animal phylogeny, particularly how energetic parameters like nutrients and metabolism may influence regenerative ability. Fayth has four objectively terrible but subjectively lovely and perfect cats at home; in their spare time, Fayth plays tabletop RPGs, mostly as dysfunctional scientist or writer characters.
