From South Pasadena, Calif., Nicole obtained a B.A. in Biology from Azusa Pacific University. She is the Manager of Advanced Programs at the Institute for Educational Advancement and a Master's student in the Johns Hopkins Science Writing Program. Nicole spends her free time reading, thrift shopping, trying new recipes, and taking long walks while listening to a podcast. She loves finding glimpses of nature in Los Angeles but still escapes to fresher air when she can.
